Job Summary:
Elite Real Estate Photography is the leading provider of high quality real estate photo and video services in South Florida. We are seeking a Chief Photo Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing and retouching high quality digital images. You must be able to work independently as well as fit seamlessly inside a team environment. Strong interest in both digital photography and retouching are preferred. We are looking for someone who takes direction well and can work both as a team member and on his or her own. The candidate must be self-sufficient, a troubleshooter, cooperative, can multitask, and work well under pressure. The Chief Photo Editor is responsible for editing, retouching, organizing and managing digital photography files. This person must be able to notice fine details and deliver high caliber work. Consistency is a must. Training will be provided by senior team members, and ultimately the Chief Photo Editor will be responsible for editing their assigned photographs without supervision and supervising future Junior Assistant Photo Editors.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Retouching and Editing digital negative files
• Assist in maintenance of file management system
• Ensure consistency between files

Qualifications & Skills:
• Team player with a strong interest in digital photography and retouching
• Experience with file management systems
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Mac OSX
• Experience and proficiency with Adobe’s Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC
